How does WP Tender annual billing work?⌄
Annual billing pays once per year and the monthly equivalent is lower than month-to-month. Starter is $23/mo annual ($276/yr) vs $29/mo monthly. Pro is $65/mo annual ($780/yr) vs $79/mo monthly. Agency is $160/mo annual ($1,920/yr) vs $199/mo monthly. You can switch billing cadence anytime.
What is the 7-day Pro trial?⌄
Every WP Tender Pro feature, capped at the Pro plan site limit (25 sites). No credit card. After 7 days your account stays on Free unless you pick a plan.
What's the difference between Free and Starter?⌄
Free gives you the multi-site dashboard, live monitoring, manual full backup + restore and a monthly malware scan for up to 5 sites. Starter adds scheduled backups, cloud destinations (S3 / R2 / Drive), site-to-site migration, continuity, the Tiptap content editor and bulk operations — also 5 sites.
When should I upgrade from Pro to Agency?⌄
When you cross 25 paired sites — that is the hard cap on Pro. Agency raises the cap to 100 sites, adds priority support with a 24-hour SLA, and unlocks the org-level API token for automation.
Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. Cancellations are immediate; you keep access through the end of the paid period and your account drops back to Free. No refund for partial months. WordPress sites stay paired — the Agent plugin keeps running independently, you just lose the multi-site dashboard.
Where do my backups actually live?⌄
On your own WordPress sites — in wp-content/uploads/wptp-backups/ by default, or in your own S3 / R2 / Google Drive bucket if you wire a cloud destination. The Manager only stores metadata.
Do you offer a self-hosted plan for EU data residency?⌄
