Support, bought as credits

No plan bundles support tickets any more. You buy credits when you need them, and they stay on your balance until you spend them — nothing expires at month end. One credit opens one ticket on one site.

Running a large fleet? Credits stack — buy the volume that matches the number of sites you expect to need help with. Email support itself (the channel) is included on every plan; credits are for raising a tracked ticket against a specific site.

Pricing FAQ

How does WP Tender annual billing work?

Annual billing pays once per year and works out about 23% cheaper than month-to-month. Starter is $45.99/yr vs $5/mo ($60/yr). Pro is $99.99/yr vs $11/mo ($132/yr). Agency is $264.99/yr vs $29/mo ($348/yr). You can switch billing cadence anytime.

What is the 7-day Pro trial?

Every WP Tender Pro feature, capped at the Pro plan site limit (25 sites). No credit card. After 7 days your account stays on Free unless you pick a plan.

What exactly does the Free plan include?

Up to 5 WordPress sites, live status, and manual full backup + restore to the LOCAL destination on your own hosting. That is the whole surface. No cloud destinations, no schedules, no migration, no plugin / theme / content / user management, no reports, no audit log, no screenshots.

What's the difference between Free and Starter?

Site count is identical — 5 either way. Starter is what unlocks the operations: scheduled backups, the four granular backup types, cloud destinations (S3 / R2 / Drive), site-to-site migration, continuity, plugin and content management, screenshots, branded client reports and the audit log.

When should I upgrade from Starter to Pro?

When you cross 5 paired sites, or when someone other than you needs access. Pro raises the cap to 25 sites and adds team management — members with their own logins, scoped to the sites and capabilities you tick.

When should I upgrade from Pro to Agency?

When you cross 25 paired sites — that is the hard cap on Pro. Agency raises the cap to 100. That is the whole difference; everything else is already in Pro.

How do support tickets work?

Support is bought as credits, not bundled as a monthly allowance. One ticket costs $5, or five for $20. A credit is spent when you open a ticket, and one ticket covers one site. Credits are a balance, not a quota — they do not expire at the end of the month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellations are immediate; you keep access through the end of the paid period and your account drops back to Free. No refund for partial months. WordPress sites stay paired — the Agent plugin keeps running independently, you just lose the multi-site dashboard.

Where do my backups actually live?

On your own WordPress sites — in wp-content/uploads/wptp-backups/ by default, or in your own S3 / R2 / Google Drive bucket if you wire a cloud destination on a paid plan. The Manager only stores metadata.

Ready to try?

Start on Free for 5 sites and local backups — or take the 7-day Pro trial for 25 sites and the full operational surface. No card required either way.
